Wiggins, Daphne C. Wiggins and Arthur L. Wiggins Jr. (Audrey); her niece Jordan D. Wiggins; and her nephews, Logan M. Wiggins and Arthur L. Wiggins, III. She is also survived by numerous cousins, church members, coworkers, friends and neighbors.
