She is survived by: her children, Portia Avant (Larry) of Florida, Sammy Lee Butler of Asheboro and David Butler (Tina Mathis) of Graham; her grandchildren, Brandon Butler, Steve Avant, Dean Butler, Jennifer Avant and Samantha Lynch (Scott); her great grandchildren, Jacob Ward, Hayley Avant, Makenna Knight, Zachary Ward, Preston Avant, Macey Avant, Jasmine Berroa, Zane Butler, Kassidy Nicole Butler, Kali Lynn Perry, Landen Tyler Kilcrease, Bryson James Linin and Kayson Layne Lynch; and her brother James Riggans of Graham.
