He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Hassell Andrews; his grandparents, Watlerleen Andrews, Garland and Rosa Andrews; and his mother-in-law Mary Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Newton Andrews; his mother Sandra A. Andrews; his son Joshua Steven Andrews; his sisters, Sherrie Andrews Whitesell and Trudy G. Long (Jack); his father-in-law William Newton (Diane); and his sister-in-law Debbie Moore (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastlawn Baptist Church or to Riverside Baptist Church.
