Basden (April), Wendy Cole Atwater (Joseph), Benji Cole (Jenifer), Christian Cates (Sondra) and Brittany Gabriel (Jason); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Cole, Joanna Basden and Ronnie Cates.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory (207 E Elm St, Graham, NC 27253).
