She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Jearl Smith and Shirley Smith; and her great-grandparents, Plez Smith, Lonia Smith, George Nichols and Beulah Nichols.
She is survived by : her parents, Jearl "Richard" Smith and Deborah Whittington Smith of Granite Falls; her children, Ashton Hollice Smith and Jaylan Jean Helton; her brother Christopher Richard Smith (Jackie) of Hudson; her grandparents, Elmer and Ann Guinn of Lenoir; and her nieces and nephews, Dylan Boyle (Kaylee), Ashlynne Smith and Storm Smith. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
