He is survived by: his daughters, Shelae Lewis (Jeremy Honeycutt) of Granite Falls, NC and Taylor Withers; his grandson Jackson Chandler of Hudson, NC; the mother of his children Teresa Poovey; his son Ryan Young of Granite Falls, NC; his brothers, Dennis Scott Withers (Kathy) and Allen Taylor of Lenoir, NC.; his niece Shannon Withers; his great-niece Caity Withers; his great-nephew William Barlow; and his pets, Luna and Zeke.
