He is survived by: his father Raymond Phillips; his wife Patricia Phillips; his children, Kimberly Lail of Granite Falls, A. C. Phillips of Granite Falls and J. C. Phillips of Granite Falls; and his siblings, Thula Drum of Hildebran, Judy Gilson of Hildebran, J. D and Kenny Phillips of Granite Falls. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
