He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Chapman and Ola Mae Walker; and his sister Nancy Keller. He is survived by: his wife Stella Chapman of Granite Falls; his son Derek Chapman (Casey) of Granite Falls; and his stepsons, Terry Burch Jr. of Granite Falls and Don Burch of South Carolina. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
