Bumgarner and Keota Raby Bumgarner; his sister Carolyn Faye Bumgarner; his in-laws, Marvin and Dorothy Burns; his siblings, Ora Lee Milligan (Bill), Doris Shull (Mike) and Marvin Lewis Bumgarner; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy and Nell; his brothers, John C. Bumgarner and Thomas W. Bumgarner; and his siblings-in-law, Mary B. Bumgarner and JD Asherbranner.
He is survived by: his wife Palma Jane Burns Bumgarner; his siblings, Betty Ann Asherbranner and Robert "Gene" Bumgarner; his sisters-in-law, Kay Bumgarner and Jane Bumgarner; his godchildren, Gaither K. Bumgarner (Joanie), Randy M. Bumgarner (Donna Rae), Curtis D. Bumgarner and Scott Looper Lorisa (Terri); his grandchildren, Karleigh Looper and Kallysta Townsend (Scott); and his great grandchild Jasper L. Townsend. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
