With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles William Mikeal Sr. of Granite Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Herbie Mikeal; his wife Mattie Lane Bumgarner Mikeal; his daughter Tammy Chester; and his siblings, Ruth Helton and Bub Mikeal.

He is survived by : his son Buster Mikeal of Granite Falls; his granddaughters, Brittany Mikeal (Courtney) of Granite Falls and Chasity Fleming (Derek) of Lincolnton; his great grandchildren, Addison Felming, Annslee Fleming and Ridge Fleming; his siblings, Dottie Mikeal and Chester Mikeal; his nephew Huey Mikealand (Kathy); and his niece Shonia Tidwell (Phillip).
