He is survived by : his children, Jessica Polk of Morganton, Heather Polk of Morganton and Brandon Gragg of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Julian Brittain, Keira Brittain, Karsyn Rutherford, Emma Ingle and Riley Brewer; his siblings, Joyce Moffitt, Peggy Lambert, Sandra Gragg, Tina Willis and Charles Polk; his cousin Donald Throneburg; and his niece Crystal Price. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
