He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Thomas Nichols Sr. and Edna Whisnant Nichols. He is survived by: his children, Zachary Nichols (Jalen) of Morganton and Ashley Williamson (Shawn) of Newton; his brother Wiley Nichols (Robin) of Claremont; his grandchildren, Rowan Nichols, Izabella Williamson, Bennett Nichols and Kinzley Williamson; his aunt Renee Shook; and his uncle Berry Whisnant. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warlick's Baptist Church (2684 Warlicks Church Rd, Connelly Springs, NC 28612).
