He was predeceased by: his father David Clampitt. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Houser Adams; his wife Sharon Clampitt; his children, Amber Hullette (Derek) of Newton, Dana Powell (Daniel) of Hickory and Jessica Clampitt of Fort Walton Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Riley Powell, Cooper Powell, Cruiz Hullette and Karina Hullette; his great grandchild Milo Hullette; and his sisters, Kathy Houston of Lincolnton, Nannette Cline (Ricky) of Taylorsville and Melinda Sorensen (Ken) of Granite Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
