Kohut; his niece Rebbeca A. Vreeland; his nephews, Clifford M. Kohut and Christopher R. Kohut; his great-nieces, Emma J. Kohut and Lucy E. Kohut; his great-nephew R. Andrew Kohut; his aunt Donna M. Palmer; his uncle Al Ohm; and his stepmother Frances S. Kohut.
