With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lester Norman Shronce of Granite Falls, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Judston "L. J." and Edna Setzer Shronce; and his siblings, Gloria Shronce Lowe and Mack Richard Shronce. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Stoutt Shronce; his children, Lecia Shronce, Jeff Shronce (Melissa) and Neil Shronce (Michele); his grandchildren, Kate Shronce Field (Ben), Anna Shronce, Caleb Shronce (Candace) and Andy Shronce; his stepgrandsons, Garrett Shore (Skylar) and Hunter Shore (Rachel); and his sibling's children, Lynda Lowe Helms (Kevin), Rick Lowe (Sarah) and Ronnie Lowe.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Clover Baptist Church (100 Pinewood Rd, Granite Falls, NC 28630). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Clover Baptist Church at 100 Pinewood Rd. Granite Falls, NC 28630; Salvation Army at 615 Slaters Ln.
