It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Imogene Barker Evans (Granite Falls, North Carolina), who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Barker and Dollie Frady Barker; her husband Jack Evans; her daughter Rose Marie Diaz; her grandchildren, Jackson Evans and Beverly Teague; her son-in-law Ronnie Teague; and her brother Bill Barker.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Warren Evans (Sylvia), Nelson Wayne Evans and Rebecca Louann Teague. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters, in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.
