He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Tolbert Sr. and Florence Roberts; his grandson Daniel J. Coffey; his great grandchild Lil Mac Miller; and his siblings, Betty Bean, Paul Clontz and Ronnie Tolbert.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Reece Tolbert; his children, Andra Tolbert, Joy Childers (Steve Greene), Amy Thompson (Tim) and Ronnie Smith (Marsha); his brothers, Dan Tolbert (Elaine) and David Tolbert; and his grandchildren, Ashley Smith (Jason), Jeffrey Meadows (Jamie), Tyler Thompson (Cam), Julie Childers (Eddie), Aaron Thompson, Alyssa Anderson (Jeremy), Anna Workman (Benjamin), Stephanie Miller (ID), Kadee Thompson, Jared Childers (April), Amber Smith, Austin Smith, Savannah Childers (Adam), Emma Smith and Ashlyn Thompson. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
