He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Starnes and Catherine Ahern; his sister Barbara Starnes; and his stepmother Carol Starnes. He is survived by: his wife Jill Starnes; his children, Michael Starnes, Cissy Starnes, Crystal Starnes and Loretta Starnes; his siblings, Helmet Starnes, Chuck Donner, Coy Starnes and Catie Starnes; and his grandchildren, Triniti Dollar, Jozy Griffith, Gage Starnes, Hunter Starnes and Bradley Starnes.
