He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Travis and Agnes Lorean Vanhorn Travis; his sons, Kevin Robert Travis and Stewart Franklin Travis; his grandson Christopher McLean; and his siblings, Richard Travis, Bill Travis, Charles Travis, Jim Travis, Margie Price and Dathine Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Whitener Travis; his children, Paul Travis (Billie) and Anita Wilkinson (Mike); his daughter-in-law Teresa Travis; and his grandchildren, Jordan Travis, Jack Travis, Justin McLean, Stewart Wilkinson, Reed Travis, Natasha Wilson and Cayla Riley. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
