It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Steven Boyles (Granite Falls, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Elsie Taylor Boyles and J. E. Boyles; and his sister Sharon Terrell. He is survived by : his wife Sue Morton Boyles; his children, Jennifer Jordan (Jeremy) of Hildebran and Steve Boyles (Traci) of Sawmills; his stepdaughter Debbie Hill of Kannapolis; his grandchildren, Ava Childers, Jace Childers, Jachin Jordan, Austin, Avery Boyles and Dwayne Self; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler Self, Koa Boyles and Kenzlee Boyles.

Memorials may be made to Moriah Baptist Church, 3007 Old Shelby Rd., Hickory, NC 28602.
