He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Fletcher and Mary Ellen Nickell Fletcher; his wife Catherine Dupont Fletcher; and his sons, Charles Fletcher and Chester Fletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Allen Fletcher of Granite Falls, Rickey Fletcher of Granite Falls, Christopher Fletcher of Corpus Christi, TX, Chad Fletcher of Sawmills, Chip Fletcher of Panama City, FL, Champ Fletcher of Sawmills, Randee Osborne of Sawmills, Cheryl Burris of Panama City, FL and Chrystal Appling of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
