He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Pritchard Parham; his sons, Michael "Mike" Ray Parham (Jennifer) of Granite Falls, William "Jeff" Jeffrey Parham (Mandi) of Granite Falls and Gary "Scott" Parham (Lori) of Hudson; his sister Willa Dean Roberts (Bud) of Granite Falls; his grandchildren, Brett Parham, Lyndsay Parham Bryant, Anna-Brooke Parham Drury, Tanner Parham, Gage Parham and Natalie Parham; and his great grandchildren, Ansley Drury, Kylie Drury and Blakely Parham.
