He is survived by: his brother Roy Cape of Casar; and his children, James Cape (Jodi) of Salisbury, Barbara Eddins of Vale, Marvin Cape of Vale, Alvin Cape (Judy) of Statesville, Danny Ray Ollis (Sue) of Taylorsville, Rita Hollander of Granite Falls, Eddie Ollis of Hickory, Lisa Ollis Yount of Denver and Freda Ollis Childress (Troy) of Taylorsville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
