With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wincie Woodrow Herald of Granite Falls, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2026 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Herald and Brudie Coffey Herald. He is survived by: his daughter Tabitha Heroux (Dale) of Granite Falls; his brother Willie Herald (Terina) of Claremont; and his grandchildren, Ella Heroux and Gabriel Heroux. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
