He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Trexler and Minnie Lyerly Trexler; and his sister Nancy Trexler. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Trexler; and his children, Billie Mills, Michael Mills and Adam Trexler. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Us National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
