She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Smith; her parents, Paul Gauniel and Margaret Gauniel; her daughter Carla Gagnon; her granddaughter Lisa Peele; and her siblings, Paul A. Gauniel, Paulien Debarry, Margaret Daily, George Gauniel, Shirely Pavalos and Larry Gauniel.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Smith, Jr., Mark Smith and Veronica Clark; her grandchildren, Eric Clark, Lynn Curren, Robert S. Smith III and Christopher Gagnon; her great grandchildren, Amanda, Joshua S., Emily, Hunter, Logan, William, Joshua P and James; and her great great grandchildren, Asher, Oliver, Chola, Krista, Hunter, Logan, Carter, Carson, Arabella and Caroline.
