John Wesley leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Grimsley and Lillie Mae Grimsley; and his sister Brenda Steen. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Grimsley; his son Jason Grimsley; and his sister Judy Toler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Bethlehem FWB Church (3655 Neuse Rd, Grantsboro, NC 28529).
