He is survived by: his wife Martha Lewis; his children, Amy Hott, Jeramy Lewis, Justin Lewis and Mary Lewis (Damon Johnson); his siblings, Adam Lewis, John-John and Lisa Lewis; his grandchildren, Blake Toler, Naudia Lewis, Bladen Gibson, Camden Gibson, Kami Gibson, Cassidy Lewis, Landon Lewis, Baylee Lewis, Aria and Sylas Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Blakely and Huntley Toler.
