He is survived by : his wife Wanda Testerman Rutherford; his children, Thomas Rutherford (Abby) of Roanoke, VA, Kathleen Rutherford Shatley of Winston-Salem and Kimberly Rutherford Sidden (Tracy) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Shane Sidden, Seth Shatley, Zane Rutherford, Brad Rutherford and Christopher Rutherford; and his great grandchildren, Christalyn Rutherford and Derek Sidden.
