She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Cummings and Addie Cummings; her husband Albert Lamb; her grandson David; her daughter Ellen Chavis; her sisters, Eunice Turner, Deloris Smith, Daisy Scott, Louise Benton, Mabel Martin, Mildred Crawford and Helen Cummings; and her nephew Eugene Cummings.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Damita Chavis; and her son-in-law Valdez Chavis of Jacksonville, Florida.. She is also survived by her nephews, nieces, cousins, church members, and friends.
