She is survived by: her children, Pamela Smith, Janet Smith Boggs (Billy), Aubrey Smith (Penny), Leslie Atkins (Larry McIntosh), Vic Smith and Connie Moore (Allen); her grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Josh), Emma Cook (Josiah), Ashley Lohr (Cale), Holli Fogleman, Victoria "Ticka" Misenheimer (Adam) and Lucas Atkins; and her great grandchildren, Clinton Fogleman, Wyatt Smith, Rosslyn Smith, Nora Fogleman, Annebelle Cook, Brooklyn Cook, Paige Misenheimer, Harper Misenheimer and Elizabeth Cook.
