“The staff of the Retiree Service Department of UNITE shared an office with Arcine in Deerfield Beach Florida in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. It was there that we got to know, work with, admire and love Arcine Rasberry. She was a competent, friendly, all embracing person whose warmth and ready smile made her a joy to work with. My condolences to all of her family. She will be missed by many. May her memory be for a blessing. Hani Lipp”
