He is survived by: his wife Maggie Salazar Higgins; his daughter Casie Lynn Harrell; his siblings, Sandy Lee Gil, Freya Desbiolles of Australia and Von Eric Martin; his grandson Bailey Clarke Harrell; his nephews, Christopher Avery Cole, Jonathan Lee Cole, Ryan Alexander Cole and Galen Derek Cole; and his cousin David Bayne.
