She was predeceased by: her parents, Fronie H. Hamrick and Robert L. Ervin. She is survived by: her husband Lee Johnson; her children, Eric Reid (Anita) of Granite Quarry, NC, Chris Reid (Crystal) of Stokesdale, NC, Wendi Wyrick (Curtis) of McLeansville, NC and Julie Whitaker (Dwayne) of Leasburg, NC; her grandchildren, Kayla, Nicole, Amanda, Kersten, Kaitlyn, Kinsley, Shelby, Savanah, Spence, Bryant and Ashton; her great grandchildren, Parker, Link, Brycen and Connor; her sister Sandy Wood (David) of China Grove, NC; her sibling's children, Brian and Hailey; and her pet Bogey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lake View Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the New Bessemer Baptist Church (4115 Hines Chapel Rd, McLeansville, NC 27301).
In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to New Bessemer Baptist Church.
