She is survived by: her children, Patty Carpenter (Kerry) and Tracy Thompson (Carl); her grandchildren, Cody Thompson (Angie), Kreg Carpenter (Stefanie), Cayla Parnell (Jacob), Kade Carpenter (Lauren) and Kole Carpenter; her great grandchildren, August and Melissa; and her brother Alan Hooks (Tammy).
