Though Billy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Lester and Blanche Evelyn Propst Cline; and his wife Patricia Ford Cline. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Cline of Thomasville, Jeff Cline (Kristy) of High Point and Alan Cline (Lisa) of Cummings, GA; and his grandchildren, Brandon Cline, Katie Tamburro, Patrick Cline, Amanda Ingram and Nathaniel Cline. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westminster Gardens Cemetery (3601 Whitehurst Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410).
