He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Obert Hammer and Bernice Hammer; his sons, Steve Hammer (Alicia) and David Hammer (Lynne); the mother of his children Judy Hammer; his grandsons, Dr. Ethan Hammer (Stacey) and Dr. Eli Hammer (Rebekah); his great grandchildren, Emery, Harper and Judah; and also, Jean Scott and Debbie Hammer.
A reception was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Forbis & Dick N Elm Chapel.
