It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blakely Sue Pearson of Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Turner Motley and Violet Marie Price Pearson; and her siblings, Dorothy Nelson, Jean Beasley, Sarah Sheppard, Margaret Walker, William (Bill), David, Charles and John Pearson.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Iris Pearson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Northern Baptist Church (5515 N Church St, Greensboro, NC 27455). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Northern Baptist Church.
