She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wyman Wise (Jimmie) and Ila Wise (Yarborough); her former husband Ernest Lelon Oulla (Jack); her daughter Margaret Neal (Oulla); and her brothers, Charles Wayne Wise (Buddy) and Don Wyman Wise.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Jeanne Gallaher (Oulla); her granddaughter Caroline Marie Gallaher; her great grandchildren, Jude Adrienne Gallaher, Caleb Avery Gallaher, Lux Gabriel Gallaher, Alexander Michael Digweed, Sophia Gabrielle Digweed, Aurianna Raphaelle Digweed and Aurthur Joseph Digweed; her daughter Elizabeth King Mackenroth (Carrowan); her grandson Matthew Ryan Carrowan (Nicki Iriarte Carrowan); her great grandchildren, Lauren Marie Carrowan, Olivia Grace Carrowan, Christopher Tyler Carrowan (Stephanie), Macon Merrick Carrowan and Emmaline Avery Carrowan; her son Nicholas Maxwell Andersen (Carmen); her great grandchildren, Mary Grace Andersen, John Taylor Andersen and Jacob Lelon Turner; and also Stephani Nicole Digweed (Jonathan Alan Digweed).
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Center United Methodist Church (6142 Lake Brandt Rd, Greensboro, NC 27455).
