He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Rogers and Nancy Meadows Mooney; and his niece Bridgette Mooney. He is survived by: his siblings, Duchess Bennett of Oak Ridge, Billy Rogers, Jr. of Carolina Beach and Mitchell Mooney (Sheila) of Conway, SC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
