Haworth of Greensboro; his siblings, Diane, Massey of Friends Homes and Mark Haworth of Valdosta, GA.; his children, Stephanie, Culbertson McDaniel (Neal) of Gibsonville and James A. Culbertson III (Karen) of Palm Coast, FL; and his grandchildren, Kennedy Culbertson, Anna McDaniel and Poppi.
