Though Carole may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clelland Abbott and Irene Abbott; her husband Johnny Butler Roberson; and her son Russell Wade Roberson. She is survived by: her son Anthony Mark Roberson; and her sister Joyce Peoples (Abbott) of Henderson. She is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Carole's family has requested donations be made directly to Crusade Baptist Church.
