He was predeceased by: his sons, Jeffery Lee Ward and Mallorey Lee Ward. He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Evans Ward; his children, Chad Lee Ward (Melissa), Tink Marshall and Tony Evans (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Alec Ward, Rachel Vanover (Chris), Billy Hammock (Brittney), Nathan Hammock, Lindsay Roberson (Daniel), Issac Evans, Emily Evans and Ezra Evans. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
