She is survived by: her children, Jah'Toria Anita Johnnae Simms and Philip Eugene Simms, Jr.; her parents, Sandy Alexander Shaw, II and Phyllis Anita Locke Shaw; her sister Shana Shaw Jackson (Kenzie); her grandparents, Arnold Locke (Delores) and Cynthia Staton-James (Elder Henry James); and her aunts and uncles, Sharon Locke, Bessie Shaw Smith, Cicely Little, Andreus Locke, Arnold Locke, Jr. and Joseph Shaw. She is also survived by grandaunts, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
