He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cook; his children, Emma Cook of Lynchburg, VA, Calvine Austin (Ian) of Maine, Keri Cook of New Hampshire and Paul Cook (Karen) of Orlando, FL; and his stepchildren, Debbie Jones (Wayne) of Lexington, SC, Terry Lutin of Florida and Phyllis Greene (Randy) of Govan, SC. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
