He is survived by: his wife Mary Macgregor Neff; his children, Laurie of Raleigh, NC, Tory, Chip and Scott; his grandchildren, Meredith, Heather, Mac, Maryanne, Maggie, Jackson, Tatum, Reagan, Mary and John; his great grandchild Mary Ellis; and his siblings, Marilyn Miles and Jim Neff.
