He was predeceased by: his grandfather Dale Miller of Mt. Carmel, IL.; his stepgrandfather Alexander Po, MD of Lawrenceville, IL; his grandmother Audrey Hinderliter; and his aunt Lisa Miller of Mount Carmel, IL.. He is survived by: his parents, Davin Lewis (Becky) and Michele Rankin; his stepfather Gary Rankin, MD; his grandmother Louise Po; his aunt Stacey Goel (David) of Weston, Massachusetts; his uncles, Michael Miller of Vincennes, Indiana and Duane Lewis (Debbie) of Mount Carmel, IL; and his cousins, Elizabeth-Grace Goel, Noah Goel, Gunnar Miller, Tristan and Kaycee Lewis.
