Smith, Jr. of High Point, NC and Timothy Jermaine of Tampa, Florida; his sister-in-law Louvenia Crawford of Reidsville, NC; his nephews, Keith, Landon Crawford and Michael Crawford of New Jersey; and his niece Velisa Madison of New Jersey. He is also survived by other great grandchildren, cousins, family, and great friends.
