He was predeceased by: his children, Clifton Bailey and Kristin Hutchins; his father Clyde Bailey, Sr.; his stepmother Louisa Bailey; and his brother Carl Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bailey; and his grandson Luke. He is also survived by several nieces, family members and friends.
