We announce the death of Connie Diane Carter (Greensboro, North Carolina), who passed away on June 26, 2026, at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Hutchins and Nellie Elmore Terrell; and her sister Becky. She is survived by: her husband Buster Carter; and her children, Joshua Lawrence (Margaret), Colby Carter, Melissa Sams (Brandon) and Scott Carter (Colleen). She is also survived by her five grandchildren; and her two sisters.
